My stay at Hotel Majestic Roma had its ups and downs. The location is spot on, right on Via Veneto, making it super easy to explore major sights. However, some service aspects felt lacking, and the breakfast didn’t quite meet my expectations. Overall, I enjoyed the elegant atmosphere and the staff's friendliness, but there were frustrations that held back the experience.

Rooms
6.0
The room was decent with high ceilings and beautiful moldings, though it could've been larger. I did appreciate the balcony overlooking the terrace.
Service
5.0
While the staff was generally friendly, I felt a lack of attentiveness. For instance, I requested breakfast omissions and was met with a dismissive attitude that didn’t feel right for a five-star hotel.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is perfect for anyone wanting to walk to major attractions like the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. Despite being on a busier street, it felt surprisingly quiet.
Dining
5.0
I found the breakfast buffet a bit underwhelming, with modest options for the price. Other guests raved about it, but for me, it was just average.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had decent facilities, including room service and a fitness room, but nothing too amazing stood out during my stay.

6.0/10

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Majestic Roma, enjoying the charming decor and excellent location close to key attractions such as the Spanish Steps. However, I did face some issues with staff friendliness and WiFi connectivity during my visit. Overall, while the atmosphere and room comfort were enjoyable, the service left much to be desired.

Rooms

I stayed in a Superior room, which was quite small but featured a large, comfortable bed and was kept very clean. I also appreciated the USB outlets next to the bed for easy charging.
Service

Unfortunately, I found the staff to be less welcoming than I hoped. The concierge did not respond to my pre-trip email, making me hesitant to ask for assistance during my stay.
Location

The hotel is ideally located on a quiet street, just a short walk to the Pantheon and Spanish Steps, making it perfect for exploring Rome without the hustle and bustle.
Dining

While I did not have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast, I had read that the dining experience is often praised. However, I found the available options to be somewhat basic.
Facilities

The hotel boasted impressive architecture and public spaces, although I experienced some annoyance with the WiFi quality which required frequent logins.

My stay at Hotel Majestic Roma was mostly enjoyable with a stunning suite overlooking Via Veneto, showcasing the hotel's rich history. The location was perfect for walking to major attractions, but I faced issues with staff friendliness and WiFi connectivity. Overall, while the elegance and comfort of the hotel were commendable, the service aspects left room for improvement.

Rooms
8.0
I stayed in a spacious junior suite that was tastefully decorated and well-appointed, with a big comfortable bed. However, I did encounter some noise issues from the street and neighboring rooms during my stay.
Service
6.0
The staff had a professional demeanor, but I didn’t feel the warmth that I expected from a 5-star hotel. The concierge service was hit-or-miss, which was disappointing.
Location
9.0
The hotel’s prime spot on Via Veneto made it super easy to explore the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, plus it felt relatively quiet, yet still vibrant.
Dining
8.0
Breakfast was an experience in itself, with a fantastic buffet spread in a beautifully elegant dining room, but I found dinner options to be less impressive.
Facilities
7.0
Facilities included a decent fitness room, but the WiFi was really a letdown since it kept disconnecting and required frequent logins.

My stay at Hotel Majestic Roma was simply lovely. The location is perfect, giving me easy access to all the major attractions like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. While the minibar prices were a bit steep, the staff truly made it feel like a five-star experience with their warm and professional service.

My junior suite was absolutely stunning and spacious, with a beautifully appointed marble bathroom that I loved. The comfortable bed ensured I had a great night's sleep, though the noise from the street was a minor distraction at times.
Service

I can't say enough good things about the staff. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, especially with thoughtful touches like turndown service each evening.
Location

The hotel's location on Via Veneto is unbeatable, just a short walk to so many iconic sights. It's also surrounded by great cafes and restaurants, making it super convenient for dining or grabbing coffee in between sightseeing.
Dining

Breakfast was a highlight for me, featuring a wide variety of options from pastries to hot dishes. It set a delicious tone for my days in Rome, although the dining options beyond breakfast were a bit more basic.

The common areas are beautifully decorated, adding a touch of elegance to the whole vibe of the hotel. I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the bar, perfect for relaxing with a cocktail after a long day.

My stay at Hotel Majestic Roma was a blend of charm and frustration. While the location was superb and my room was elegantly appointed, I faced several service hiccups that detracted from the experience. The staff was generally friendly, but their responses sometimes felt dismissive, affecting the overall impression of a luxury hotel.

Rooms
7.0
I found my junior suite quite comfortable and spacious, with a stunning marble bathroom that added a touch of elegance. However, I did notice that despite being nicely appointed, it lacked some attention to detail, like a functional bathtub drain.
Service
5.0
The staff was friendly, always greeting me with smiles. But I was disappointed when my requests, such as having the light above the sink replaced, went unaddressed during my stay.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location on Via Veneto was fantastic, mere steps from the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. It perfectly balanced being close to major attractions while not being overwhelmed by crowds.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast options were plentiful and of high quality, possibly among the best I've experienced. Although I asked to skip it during my stay, the refusal to accommodate this request seemed a bit off for a five-star hotel.
Facilities
6.0
The public areas of the hotel were well designed and pleasant for relaxation. However, I did find the bar drinks quite expensive, which is common in fine hotels but still worth noting.
